Alpha GMP's technical team is based primarily out of Christchurch with a subsidiary in Auckland. There are two different repair services that Alpha GMP offers; on-site repairs or send-in-and-repair.
On-site Repairs - Auckland and Christchurch
This is our premium repair service, taking the headache out of break-downs and faults. One of our technicians will bring their expertise with them and take our workshop on the road, bringing you the very best in technical support to your office or showroom. Send-in-and-repair
Send from anywhere or drop off your faulty machine to us at our workshop in Christchurch. With our complete workshop, Alpha GMP's technical team will endeavour to fix any problem.
